4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay on the platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• g9win reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if misuse of the system or bonus structure is suspected.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

8 Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the bonus system — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other dishonest method.

• Fraud or collusion against other members.
• Registering under a false identity or document forgery.

• Harassing or threatening other members.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

g9win may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (specific time limits apply).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• If the member themselves requests account closure.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact g9win's support team. Any remaining real funds (excluding bonuses, subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

If an account is closed due to a breach of rules, all bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. The withdrawal of real funds will depend on the outcome of any investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

g9win operates as an entertainment platform. g9win's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses arising from disruption to gameplay due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or technical faults.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses caused by problems with the member's own device or software.
